Policy

All bookings must have a card on file when booking.

*You won’t be charge until the service is complete.

All appointments must be made 24 hours in advance, unless your service provider schedules your service for you.

*All appointments that are cancelled within 48 hours before your scheduled time will result in a 50% cancellation fee of the service booked.

*ALL no calls no shows will result in 100% of the service fee. If you’re more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will be considered a no show and fee will be applied.

*Failure to comply will result in being denied further bookings.

PLEASE respect our time. This is our job and how we pay bills, multiple no shows is money we are loosing.
